COVID19 has had a devastating impact on all of us who are dependent on income from travel and tourism, equating to millions of jobs lost or at risk in an industry that was just a short time ago a global economic and social force.  

This pandemic is unprecedented and evidently more crippling than anything we have seen in our era. Sadly, it is the poorer nations that suffer the worst, they are not only at greater risk of catching the virus but are also impacted deeply by the economic downturn. 

Governments of these nations do not provide the much-needed cash subsidies or lifelines to businesses that is critical to help them provide some form of ongoing financial support to their staff. This means for those wonderful individuals who have given us so much joy in our travels, they are soon to be without income.

This is the time where we can all truly give back to the people behind the scenes in their greatest time of need.
